About Samantha
I have been teaching Yoga since 2018. When I got my first certified teacher diploma. However, this passion dates back a long time, the first approaches in fact date back to my childhood. During my travels in Asia I deepened my studies on Yoga Nidra and pre-post natal and childhood Yoga. I am currently active as a teacher of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Meditation, Pranayama, Nidra and Yoga for children.

I love to share my passion for yoga, as a practice that aims above all at listening and understanding ourselves. Yoga is a complete practice, which helps to improve flexibility, strength and in general gives a psycho-physical well-being to the whole system. From Vinyasa to Hatha Yoga, I love to blend different styles, combining physical activity aimed at toning and energizing, also giving ample space to flexibility and relaxation, through meditation and pranayama.
