About Lara
I am a student and have been practicing yoga myself for over a year now and have also completed 200 hours of yoga training and have been continuing my education privately and through workshops since then. I have already given a few group lessons on Instagram and several private lessons. I notice in myself both the physical and emotional benefits of yoga and would like to pass them on.

The yoga lessons can be customized or you can work towards a peak pose, such as the headstand. I listen to my students and I look forward to learning new things from them and supporting them in their yoga practice. Personally, I make sure that my sequences are both relaxing and forward-looking and thus stretch and strengthen the body.
