About Suzanne
I began 200 RYT yoga teacher training 10 years ago and have been sharing my practice with others ever since. I began in Vinyasa and Power Yoga, and have since become more involved in Yin and Yoga Nidra as well. Combining these styles has given me and my clients a balanced and consistent framework for practicing yoga.

After discussing your goals, you will learn a personalized yoga flow with poses you can use throughout your daily life. These sessions are great if you are a beginner wanting to become confident in your core yoga poses before jumping into studio classes, or if you are an experienced practitioner looking to excel in your goals as a yogi. Our first meeting together will give you the knowledge you need to continue practicing at home, tailored to your personal lifestyle. After that, we can create a more long-term program to support you in your physical and mental yoga experience.
