About Subrat

I’m a professor yoga instructor certified in Yoga Teachers Training by Patanjali Yoga Samiti. I have been teaching Mudra, Pranayama and asanas which greatly improve strength and mobility.
Learning Yoga improves our mental and physical health and well being and helps us lead a healthy life.
