I have previously taught at the largest yoga studio and well-known small yoga studios in Taiwan.
I am a certified yoga instructor with a RYT200 certification from the Yoga Alliance in the United States, and have received training in various styles of yoga, including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara, Bikram yoga, Yin yoga, Tibetan Heart Yoga, and Barre.
我曾經在台灣最大的瑜珈會館以及知名的小型瑜珈工作室教學。
擁有美國瑜珈聯盟200小時（RYT200)的瑜珈師資證照，受過Ashtanga、Iyengar、Anusara、Bikram yoga、Yin yoga、西藏心瑜珈 、Barre⋯等師資培訓。
