About Deirdre
I love guiding groups and singles in chair yoga and regular, mat yoga, with emphasis on deep calming, meditation, manifesting and vitality. With varied studies including coursework in Organizational Behavior at Harvard, I obtained my international Yoga Teacher Training certification in Peru, and have taught yoga to families, children, and adults. As a children's museum educator for six years, I created hundreds of programs, learning activities, and events in the sciences, culture, arts, and yoga arenas. (concealed information)

Let's customize and delve into movement and meditation. My heart is in it for your best outcome! We'll lengthen and strengthen muscles and mindsets.
With years of experience creating children's museum programs and activities and experience as an elementary tutor, my yoga brings stories, song, beat-counting, animals and more to life! With pure joy, we'll love moving through yoga with both slow and fast movements, teaching concepts of self-regulation, self-soothing, fun and strength. As a yoga tutor, I'm a multiple-grant recipient with special trainings in yoga for special needs, and worked for many years as a teaching artist, and bring creativity and adaptability into play.
