About Mehmet Melih
I'm professional calisthenics athlete and tutor. I have 8 years experience on Calisthenics and bodyweight workout. After Calisthenics experience I started my yoga asana practice journey 4-5 years ago and I'm giving classes at all levels, from beginner to advanced. Also, in addition to yoga and calisthenics classes, I have 4 years experience on handstand practice and I'm giving special classes on Handstand.
