About Wing Yee
I am a certified 200-hour RYT yoga teacher with additional training in Yin Yoga and experience teaching various styles, including Ashtanga, Hatha, Chakra Yoga, and Fly Yoga. I also have five years of experience assisting in 200-hour yoga teacher training programs. With 10 years of yoga teaching experience, I am passionate about helping students improve their posture, develop body awareness, and build a healthy balance between body and mind. My teaching style is patient, supportive, and beginner-friendly, creating a welcoming environment where everyone can learn, grow, and feel more confident through yoga.

With 10 years of yoga teaching experience, I help students improve posture, develop body control, build strength and flexibility, and achieve a healthy balance between body and mind. Each lesson is adapted to the student's needs and abilities, making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age or experience. My goal is to help students feel more confident, comfortable, and connected to their bodies.
