About Brittany
I am a yoga instructor with three year teaching vinyasa. I have been practicing for five years and am currently studying yoga therapy. Prior to Covid-19, I taught hot yoga classes at CorePower Yoga and Sweat-Yoga and look forward to returning to those classes soon.

I'm offering a fun and empowered yoga experience where I will challenge your mind and body while encouraging you to reach higher and dig deeper. Each session consists of stretching the body and calming the mind. A one-on-one approach to fit your own specific goals. Guided movement and stretching decreases your risk of injuries whether you are an athlete or a desk worker. I provide a consultation before our first session to get to know you and cater to your specific goals.
