I am a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher who is passionate about sharing the transformative benefits of authentic yoga in the tradition of Sreekrishnamacharya. With a calm, mindful, and student-focused approach, and aims to create a supportive environment where individuals can safely explore yoga according to their own abilities and needs.
My teaching emphasizes the connection between breath, movement, and awareness, helping students develop not only physical strength and flexibility, but also mental clarity, balance, and inner well-being. Every class is thoughtfully designed to encourage gradual progress, mindful practice, and a deeper understanding of yoga as a holistic discipline for everyday life.

My class follows a mindful and student-centered approach to teaching yoga, inspired by the tradition of Sreekrishnamacharya, widely regarded as the father of modern yoga.
