About Alice

‘The aim of yoga is not touching the floor. The aim is listening to your body and respecting it as it is’. This is the message that my teacher told me in one of the sessions during the course, and always is my root, my anchor, whenever I practice. AND, of course, it will be the root theme of all my classes. 200hrs Hatha Yoga TTC and 300hrs Traditional Ancient Yoga.

About the lesson

Beginner & Intermediate practice. - For those who don’t have much time and always feel too busy to exercise - For those who work a lot with computers and sit all day long - For those who haven’t begun with yoga and want to give it a try with traditional Yoga style And, for those who want to have a sequence to self-practice afterward,... This course is designed for YOU!! A 12-session course is available to practice Hatha Yoga based on these 5 elements: Asana Pranayama Awareness Mantra Relaxation Duration: 12 sessions in total. Each session lasts 75 minutes.
