I am a certified yoga instructor with a yoga alliance background! My teaching style is very open and friendly, the very opposite of intimidating! I design yoga classes for individuals and based off of their needs, so regardless of how “inexperienced” you may feel, I got your back!

I approach my classes by knowing what it is that the student is needing help with. Relaxation? Sure! Invigoration? Sure! Power? Sure? A kick awesome stretch? Absolutely! I like to be open and honest with my clients, and I want them to be open with me too! Personalize things as much or as little as you want, you can even dictate the music we listen to if you’d like!
