About Natalie
I've been teaching yoga for over five years. Mostly at gyms because I enjoyed helping those members slow down. I found balance between strengthening and softening in my teaching while at gyms. I'm also fluent in American Sign Language and an advocate for LGBT+ community and other underserved communities. I teach yoga for recovering addicts and alcoholics. I believe service is a big part of yoga.

As a yoga teacher my true passion is guiding students to slow down and reconnect with their bodies. I provide a safe inclusive space for students and modifications to make my class accessible for all types. Every day is different and I check in with each student on how they are feeling mentally, emotionally and physically.
