My Yoga Journey has been profound, I have been practicing over 10 years and it has changed my life. With extreme patience and dedication I have opened up to other realms, guided through spirit to be of service towards humanitary evolution.
Experience with physical and mental trauma, addiction, relationships, abuse, self worth, self belief, self doubt, trauma and other health conditions.
Whether you would like to release stress and anxiety or whether you would like to focus on self love and bring flexibility in your body and mind. I am here to support your greatest intention towards your wellbeing.

I got certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa/ Yoga Alliance in Goa 2014.
I have been teaching ever since- Throughout the years I have transmitted other yogic traditions, like Yin, Kundalini, Vinyasa and infused them into Awareness Yoga.
My sessions are for beginners to advanced.
Breath and awareness meditation focused
A balance of challenging, yet relaxing.
I give guided cues, alignment correction and modifications.
My sessions are not only physical but also philosophically spiritual.
I am also here to listen to what is alive in your mental activity, to better understand and support the full spectrum of your wellbeing.
