About Mithun
In 2021, I met with and major accident which brought me to comma (unconscious condition), it was second wave of (Corona) Pandemic, it was partial lockdown, where everyone was at home like in a cage and same as I was, during that time I was suffering from psychical, mental as well as socially disturbed because I was caught at home due to lockdown so there was no way to get in touch with my other family members, friends or well wishers, somehow my family managed to change severely doctors and at last an doctor suggested me to practice yoga in my regular life as medicine to get better.
After practice of yoga everyday, within one month I got drastic changes in my physical activities properly by myself, mentally stable, confidence and vocal improvement and many more improvements- it was not less then second life as a GIFT,
Because of this incident where I lost hope to live my life again- With support of everything I survived finally,
After this Achievement I left my well settled Job and chooses to change my career at the end of my thirties where fellows of my age are about to settled down with marriage, family planing, buying house, car etc. and I decided to study Yoga,
I have completed one year diploma and secured 1st position in the university in my batch and won gold medal by coming in merit, after that worked in metro city of India, Banglore for few months as yoga instructor at yoga studio. While working I realised to study more about yoga and currently pursuing Degree Bachelor of Yogic Science, also I’m Yoga teacher at Ayurvedic Hospital Rajasthan which run by Ayush Ministry (Government of Indi
