I offer yoga and holistic health coaching sessions for ages 18-80! Individual or small group sessions are designed based on client’s wants and needs. The 60-90 minute sessions address chronic and/or acute health concerns. We’ll also identify lifestyle change needs and set holistic goals for lasting change.
