I'm a certified yoga instructor and board-certified integrative rheumatologist (medical doctor). I've been teaching yoga for 8 years, and it informs my medical practice. I understand the evidence-based benefits of yoga for your health, and can help you to become healthier through starting a yoga practice.

As a medical doctor who has completed fellowship in both rheumatology and integrative medicine, I know that YOGA is preventive medicine.
