About Chetna

I am a certified yoga instructor with a Master's degree in Yogashastra and 6 years of teaching experience. I have completed over 200 teacher training hours. For me, yoga is a sacred path that began as a personal practice and has grown into a heartfelt commitment to guide others toward healing, strength, and inner harmony.

My intention is to help students understand that yoga is not about only doing asanas , but a way of living in the present moment. I emphasize on alignment, mindful breath work and inner stillness required for meditation. It is a practice to live with peace and clarity.
