About Kelly
I have 200hr YTT qualification, kids yoga YTT , meditation and am yoga alliance accredited. I have ten years experience teaching a wide range of clients of varying abilities. I have a daily practice and have seen a number of students feel transformed into a new way of being after learning to take a moment for themselves to enjoy the benefits of yoga.

I am Kelly, I am a trained teacher who holds a PGCE and YTT qualifications. I teach a gentle yoga class with Vinyasa flow. I believe in the importance of taking time out of your busy life to relax and be in the present moment by enjoying a gentle flow practice.
