Yoga is a personal journey. It's progression is gradual and each imprints his own way. We discover our depth every day. Young yoga teacher, I teach since 2013 for adults. A course for children 9 to 12 years, and a course for seniors will open soon.

Yoga is welfare. It leads to physical and mental health. Yoga is for everyone. The courses consists in traditional yoga practices - Asanas (postures and proprioception) - Pranayama (breathing excercices) - Relaxation (let go, acceptance) - Introduction to Meditation (opening on oneself, self-confidence and personal spiritual path). The adult course is for beginners and regular practitioners. To find a course, come as you are! It is not necessary to be flexible to practice yoga. You will become flexible.
