About Dogstar

Hi, my name is Alicia Rose, aka Dogstar and my Yoga journey began over 30 years ago. I took regular classes under the guidance of a wonderful teacher who taught the path of Hatha / BKS Iyengar Yoga. My tutor said that she saw a teacher in me and from that point I acknowledged a deeper interest and studied, practiced and grew in ability as a Yogi and as a teacher. I continue with my own personal regular practice and enjoy encouraging others to gain a great foundation, a Yoga toolkit to take them through their life journey with flexibility, suppleness, strength and patience.

About the lesson

Lessons with Dogstar will give you insight into a deeper understanding and acknowledgement of how your mind and body join together to take you forward on your life journey with greater balance, co-ordination and strength. You will receive tips, techniques and invaluable insights into gaining alignment of your skeletal structure, and greater attention to your respiratory, digestive, muscular and nervous systems - you will gain personal empowerment and be encouraged toward dedication, patience and perseverance on your yoga journey.
