About Illona
I have always been connected in some way to my spirituality.
After a few years of practicing Yoga, I trained in traditional Hatha Yoga in India in Rishikesh in 2019.
I am also trained in Yin Yoga (gentle and meditative practice, fusion of Hatha Yoga and Chinese medicine).
I also followed a 50h training on the functional anatomy of Yoga. and a 30h training on the conscious breathing and the Kundalini Himalayan kriyas.

I will guide you in a spiritual approach to Yoga.
Classes can be dynamic and engaging (Hatha Yoga) or gentle and meditative (Yin Yoga, fusion between Hatha Yoga and Chinese medicine).
