About Despina

As a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, I bring a unique perspective to the mat by blending my passion for movement with a background in philosophy and music psychology. Drawing on over five years of experience as a music teacher, I design mindful, well-paced yoga classes that help students connect deeply with their practice.

I discovered yoga around five years ago and have been practising almost every day since. Over time, the practice became an important part of my life and inspired me to share it with others.

I am particularly interested in helping people be more in touch with their bodies, their practice, and ultimately themselves. I feel grateful to work with anyone who is curious about yoga, whether they are new to it or looking to deepen their connection to the practice.

For me, yoga is a meaningful journey of awareness and exploration, and I feel fortunate to support others as they begin or continue that journey.

About the lesson

My approach to private tutoring is highly individual. I aim to adapt each session to the needs and goals of the student.
I have a strong personal passion for the practice of yoga and a deep interest in yoga philosophy, which I am happy to explore with students who are curious about this aspect.
As a musician and creative person, I tend to approach yoga in an exploratory and open way, encouraging freedom, awareness, and curiosity within the practice.
