About Tina
Being Indian, I've always been acutely aware of yoga being a wholesome practice that ideally should start early in life and continues throughout it. I am a creative person and find that yoga has made me believe anything is possible by experiencing how much the body is capable of. During COVID, I taught myself advanced yoga. I now feel I should share with you everything I've learnt so you can experience for yourself the confidence and possibilities it unlocks within you.

The key is quality, not quantity. Even if you do just 10 yoga poses, do them well so you can benefit from it fully.
The focus should be on relaxing the body, stretching, strengthening your body from within, and relaxing the mind.
