About Ben

I like to create and explore go to the beach and swim, go to festivals for a dance and spend time with my family and friends. Yoga and meditation have helped me to take my time and look at the world through many lenses.

About the lesson

I have had yoga in my life since I began dancing in 1996. A few years ago I broke my leg and found yoga practice to be the best recovery tool to enable me to get back to my usual training regime. I noticed how much stronger my body became with daily yoga practice and decided to train as a Yogi.

Perfect! Ben is a great teacher, very experienced, patient, down to earth, good humour and finds the right balance for individual needs. My husband and I enjoy the sessions together and have very different strength and weaknesses but both very happy.

The free first lesson with Ben allows you to get to know the tutor and discuss your needs and expectations.

Our first session will be on Zoom, we will have the chance to get to know each other and see if we would like to work together and if so what type plan we need, this session will be an hour or less. Future sessions can be on Zoom in your home or I know a few studios with a small fee. No travel fee for destinations within time 15mins travel time
