About Swathi
Coming from a family of Naturopathy doctors, Yoga was part of me from school days. But I never internalized it and used to just demonstrate asanas. Very recently due to multiple health issues like back pain, gastric issues and a lot of stress, I once again revisited Yoga as a science and a cure for my well-being and want to share this knowledge with every other person struggling to get a holistic solution for a healthy mind and body

• Yoga asanas (focus on flexibility and strength)
• Surya Namaskar (traditional and approximately 6 variations)
• Face Yoga sessions (included during regular classes)
• Eye wellness exercises
• Meditation/Relaxation in every session
• Exclusive Yoga Nidra sessions twice a month (additional sessions, scheduled based on your convenience)
• Cleansing, Energizing, and Calming pranayama techniques
Additional Benefits:
• Monthly one in-person session for review or clarifications
• One guided meditation session
