About Sidarth
My name is Sidarth (Sid) and I am currently on a gap year working as a Yipiyap tutor in Dixons Brooklands Academy in Manchester.
My yoga journey started 2019, and my profound love for it has never stopped me from doing it daily.
It's a reason why I've joined this platform – to inspire others, like yourself to take up yoga as a hobby or even as a sport.

I teach teenagers/young adults pranayama (breath) and vinyasa (flow) yoga, particularly for those who will be doing their exams soon, need a break from the desk or just want to develop their yoga practice with regular practice.
I am a certified Level 2 Teen Yoga Ambassador, where not only do I offer yoga as a support medium, but also as a brief conversation to check in with you physically and mentally in the session.
Typically this would last for 30 minutes, however, it is entirely up to you how long you would like the session to last.
