About Elizabeth
Elizabeth is a passionate yogi and community leader certified in Power Vinyasa. Since the Spring of 2016, Elizabeth has been active in the Miami and NYC wellness community as well as her growing global online audience leading Vinyasa, meditation & restorative classes. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys playing tennis, long bike rides, playing guitar, rock climbing, skiing, and more recently, jiu jitsu. Elizabeth believes staying physically active and exploring outside of one's comfort zone is an integral part of living a happy and balanced life. As a retired competitive dancer and runner, Elizabeth fell in love with the benefits of the yoga practice for both body and mind. Her wish along this 10+ year journey has been to continue redefining the practice through her experience with all she encounters.
