About Anna Isabel
'Yoga is just an esoteric thing and super boring, so that I don't wanna do that anymore!' (nobody, ever)
You want to get or stay fit without any equipment or just relax from everyday life? Do you want to feel more comfortable? Do you want to try something new or are you already an experienced yogi / an experienced yogini? Do you feel young, old, stressed, satisfied or none of the above? - If you answered 'yes' to any question, you are right!
As a certified yoga teacher (200h teacher training) with over 6 years of experience in teaching yoga and as a movement scientist with a bachelor's degree, I would like to share all of my knowledge and creativity with you in order to sweeten your everyday life through the world of yoga .
