I learned yoga asanas and pranayama, meditation 25 years ago. I'm doing yoga, pranayama, meditation continuously. Also teaching to my friends and relatives for good health. Because of doing yoga and meditation, I'm looking so young and beautiful even though I'm at the age of 53.
