About Dominika
I have been suffering from scoliosis and kyphosis since my early teen age and l been learning how to reduce back pain through yoga and exercise over the last 10 years. I am currently working with clients with different injuries. I am fully qualified instructor registered with Yoga Alliance.

I am teaching variation of techniques mostly gentle slow movements which help the clients relax and reduce pain, gain the strenght, stretch and relise tensinon from the muscles. I am happy to add guided meditation if thats in interest of the client.

Dominika is very kind and friendly teacher with nice energy. l am always looking forward to her classes.️
Highly recommend. Dominika is a very good and knowledgeable teacher. I always feel very comfortable at her classes as beginner. She is very careful on how I am doing the poses and ready to adjust my posture. She is very friendly and always willing to modify the poses for our classes to my needs as I have some problems with my back. Very happy! You won't regret having classes with her.
