I am Manisha Kapruwan, a yoga guide rooted in two master's degrees—yoga therapy and yoga acharya—whose life's work is stitched from a quiet, unshakable passion for weaving mind, body, and spirit into gentle harmony. I don't just teach poses; I hold space for you to reconnect with the quiet wisdom of your own body, to breathe through the noise of daily chaos, and to uncover a sense of calm that lingers long after the mat is rolled up. My practice is born from years of scholarly study and heartfelt experience, shaped by the belief that yoga is not a destination but a tender, lifelong journey—one I'm honored to walk beside you on.
