About Priya
Hy everyone I'm Priya Rai I have recently completed my graduation and from past 2 years I have been yoga and meditation and they have really helped me out. Meditation helped me overcoming problem of not concentrating on whatever I was doing, getting my focus diverted on every possible distraction, And I think right now major portion of youth is facing this issue. Afterwards yoga has helped me develop a deep sense of consciousness for health. My brother is a physiotherapist that is from where I have learnt therapy methods for problem like backache, migrane, cervical pain , PCOD, thiroid and knee pain.
