About Bhoomika
Hi, I’m Bhumika Parwani. By profession, I’m a homemaker, but by passion, I’m a dedicated Yoga teacher. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training Course at Lakulish University, laying a strong foundation in traditional yogic practices. To deepen my understanding, I pursued an additional 312-hour specialization in Anatomy from Aadarsh, Ahmedabad, which has enhanced my ability to design safe and effective practices tailored to individual needs. To broaden my expertise, I also completed an Aerial Yoga Training Course at Gyanish Yog Studio, Ahmedabad, allowing me to incorporate innovative techniques into my teaching. In addition to formal education, I have actively participated in various wellness programs focused on holistic health and well-being. As a teacher, I bring not only practical experience but also a deep respect for the essential rules and philosophy of Yoga. My journey continues to be one of both teaching and learning, helping others discover the transformative power of Yoga.
