About Tania
I'm Tania Cuevas, I'm 20 years old and I've been practicing yoga since I was little. I decided to do a certification to improve my practice, and life led me to teach. The certification lasted 18 months, and was quite comprehensive because it included 6 months of each module (Gathastha, Hatha and Raja). Since the diploma began I began to teach in the same shala where the diploma was taught, this helped me a lot to improve.
Teaching is one of the most beautiful things and that I enjoy the most. I have taught in various halls, sports clubs, online. Where I most enjoy teaching is in rehabilitation clinics for addicts, I have been teaching in various clinics for 3 years and I have learned a lot ... I continue taking classes and courses, I continue learning and giving myself feedback.

I am Tania and I have been a yoga teacher for 4 years. I took a certification in Gathastha, Hatha and Raja, so in my classes I incorporate those three modules and create a class that does not only focus on the physical or meditative part.
I like that my classes go beyond being "fit", that is why one of my objectives is to teach awareness of your body, your emotions and your mind.
My Classes last from an hour to an hour and a half. Most of the time I do programs where he implemented a physical practice of postures (asanas), a meditation and breathing.
