About Amy

Pursuing a career in outdoor education and sports coaching is tough on the body, and mind. Finding yoga started as a recommendation to maintain my body. It became a passion and part of my routine not only to look after the body but also help with stress and anxiety.

About the lesson

I am able to construct classes from half an hour to an hour and half where I will guide you through some slow yoga poses, warming up to some longer holds of more challenging poses. I incorporate breathwork, pranayama, into my sessions, to aid with mental clarity and focus. I have taught adults from all walks of life, beginners to athletes who wish to look after their mind as well as their bodies.
