About Shaina
I am a 200 Hour Registered and Insured Yoga Teacher (RYT)
I have been practicing yoga for over 18 years and specialise Vinyasa (flow) yoga, Kripalu yoga, Yin yoga, as well as sport-specific (surf, snow, running +) yoga and meditation.
I started yoga as a semi-pro snowboarder and immediately came to understand the power of yoga in sports training, injury avoidance and management, weight loss, mental clarity and optimism. My passion has propelled me to commit a lifetime to understand and deepen my practice while serving others in supporting their yoga practice and crafting it to change their lives in positive and powerful ways.
