Namaste,
I am Sreya Bhar.I am yoga alliance certified trainer.And have been teaching from last 6 years .I conducted sessions in corporate,gyms, studios, school, and individual as well.
In my class i always love to have interaction and i always make sure my students are safe and during different practice.They understand the alignment of the position,and doing as per their body.

It's very important to have good connection and understanding between trainer and student.
That's why in the class i always try to understand the students need and their capacity or health condition based on that I draw my class.
I always try to give variety in the class through different practices.And gradually increase the intensity of the class.
Different styles of yoga i-Astanga yoga, vinyasayoga,Hatha Yoga,Yin yoga,chair yoga, partneryoga,yoga with props, meditation, breathing awareness,yog nidra and mindfulness practices.
