About Anna
I am a former high-level gymnast and four times French National Champion. I have been training as a gymnast for 15 years, including 6 years at an intensive high level and have participated to international competitions in England, France, Slovakia and Portugal.
I have a lot of experience in teaching gymnastics, stretching and yoga privately, and I have participated in a yoga teaching course.

My teaching methodology is very flexible. Everyone is different, has different aims, body types and background. I tend to listen to my student's goals and create a personalized plan for each of them. As a coach, I motivate and push each students to his limits, to discover how great the human body is!
