About Amanda
I have been practicing yoga for nearly 10 years, and have been teaching for 3 years. I specialize in vinyasa flow, but also trained in prenatal yoga and restorative yoga. I have been teaching private yoga for the last 3 years in a studio setting as well at my student's houses. I love to work with people 1-on-1 because we can gear the classes to what they are looking to learn.
