About Marianne

I'm a Yoga instructor with 4 years of experience in teaching groups and individuals.

I have a lot of training an experience teaching hatha/vinyasa/flow, as well as pranayama and meditation.
I'm also therapeutically trained, which means I know how to create bespoke programmes for a person's specific body, lifestyle, needs and desires.

About the lesson

I practice Yoga to become grounded, find clarity and create breathing space.

I teach slow, careful movement and subtle breath work to encourage the cultivation of internal awareness and to allow my students to refine their alignment and technique intelligently.
