About Priya

I am a Certified Yoga Teacher (200hr), trained to teach Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga and Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior Sequence. I have a Medical background (working as a Medical Doctor for 9 years), with great knowledge about anatomy and physiology of the body.

My class involves an energetic yoga sequence, including rest and relaxing postures. All classes involve music, breath-work, guided meditation, and journalling following class is encouraged to help connect with with mind. I share Yogic Philosophy during the class to encourage holistic learning of the Yoga practice and lifestyle.
