About Marion

Former professional dancer and state-certified classical dance teacher, I turn to Yoga to heal my emotional wounds, my hyper-sensitivity and my overly varying moods. I graduated in 2018, and have been training teachers since 2021. I am also a kinesiologist. The body-mind relationship is vital in my approach. We can only be mentally well when the body has had its dose of mobility, stretching, releasing hormones of well-being and satisfaction.

About the lesson

I give lessons with kindness, respect for limits, patient, and clear explanation. I lead the students to dive into deep concentration, thanks to which one can "see from within". By finding calm and appeasement, we find alignment, the right posture, the right relationship, that with oneself, that with others.
