My name is Mridul Tiwari. I am a professional and a qualified Yoga Therapist. I have completed my Graduation and Master's in Yogic Science. From last 4 years I am providing Yoga classes and help hundreds of people to cure themselves with the help of Yogic techniques.

Yoga is not only physical exercise, it's a lifestyle . So you have to follow all the rules. Our class is divided into few segments, each of them has it's own importance. We start from Mantra Chanting after that some Basic Asanas for warmup then few rounds of Surya Namaskar or Any Yoga Flow then again few asanas, Relaxation in Savasana, Pranayama for mental peace and Shanti path in the end.
Class duration is near about 50 min to 1 hour, we try to cover all the aspects of yoga for your self growth.
