About Nathanaëlle
Hello! Passionate about the ancient practice of yoga, I now offer private or group lessons of hatha yoga, relaxation yoga or hatha flow. I am currently on a hatha yoga teacher training and I've been practicing for 5 years. I hope to share with you the love of yoga and offer you a moment of happiness, or at least well-being!

I propose courses adapted to your needs and your desires. Classes usually start with breathing, then practice asanas (postures) and finish with meditation and savasana (final relaxation).
