About Claudia
My name is Claudia and I am a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga teacher. I graduated after being trained in the South of France near the Rainbow Light Yoga school, a center recognized by the YOGA Alliance internationally. Thanks to this training I learned traditional yoga, hatha yoga but also vinyasa flow, postures (asanas) but also the fundamentals of Buddhist and Tibetan philosophy.
Since then, I have been giving traditional yoga classes as it was taught to me in India, while of course listening to your needs and desires.
Yoga helps calm the waves of the mind 'yoga chitta vritti nirodha'. It is the union between the mental and the physical, between our emotions and our intuition. Yoga stops automatic thinking, obsessions through asanas and meditation.
I can't wait to pass on to you the happiness that yoga can bring in everyday life!

The lessons (alone or in small groups) can take place:
- at your place
- in the open air if the weather permits
- by webcam
Example of individual lesson 1 hour:
- Breathing (pranayama), and relaxation (5 min)
- Warming up - Gentle stretch and sun salutations. (10 min)
- Sequence of postures (asanas) according to your level and the type of yoga chosen (40 min)
Number of recommended sessions: 1 to 3 sessions to discover, 5 to 6 to start feeling the benefits of yoga.
This course is intended for beginners as well as people who have already practiced yoga. The pedagogy that I propose takes into account the possibilities of each one.

Travel costs: 10 €
Prices for lessons by webcam: 25 € / h
Prices for 5 hours of lessons: 170 €
Prices for 10 hours of course: 330 €
Details
The one-hour private lesson costs 35euros
For a 5-hour pack, 175 euros
For a 10-hour pack 330 euros
The one-and-a-half-hour private lesson costs 45euros
For a pack of 5 x 1h30, 210 euros
For a pack of 10 x 1h30, 400 euros
The lessons can be canceled 48 hours in advance, otherwise the course fee is due.
