About Shree

It is through allignment of body that I discovered allignment of mind self and intelligence .I am a yoga trainer and had been under training for 1 year now I personalize my talent by giving and sharing the beauty of yoga with others.

About the lesson

This class will be for 35 minutes in which you will learn how to relaxyour body ,how to remain calm and grab positive vibe by doingonly some worthy stretches and best thing is that by attending this classi can assure you i.e at the end ofthe day you will feel free from stress and anxiety
