About Dr Apurva
I have completed BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic sciences) from SVYASA Yoga University, Bangalore.Currently persuing Masters in Yogashastra. Conducting online yoga therapy consultation and classes since past 2 years. A Yoga and Naturopathy Doctor keen to generate awareness about the importance of Lifestyle modification and Role of Yoga and Naturopathy in the management of Non communicable diseases. Today with the Pandemic there is a need to manage stress at physical, mental and emotional levels. Yoga and Naturopathy interventions help in achieving balance at all levels.

If you have any hesitation about starting yoga Apurva is great to start with . She walks you through the whole practice and brings peace. I highly recommend if your starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice.
Have been taking yoga sessions with Dr. Apurva since last few months. She understands your medical history and chalks out a plan accordingly. This proves very beneficial. She keeps checking on your progress from time to time. Having a doctor as your yoga instructor certainly is an added advantage. I would definitely recommend her.
