About Atalanta
I have been practicing yoga for 8 years and teaching for 5. I first studied Hatha Yoga in India. Over the years I have gathered more knowledge and experience in different forms of the practice and other embodiment disciplines outside of the world of yoga.

My classes are all dependent on the needs and intentions of each student - Classes can include vinyasa flows with a focus on mobilizing the joints, strength and conditioning, flexibility and breathing - I am able to work around injuries and tailor the practice in a therapeutic way if you are looking to aid recovery or find something to suit your body - In all classes I encourage the individual exploration of the student. My aim is for you to be curious about your own body to come into greater mind and body connection and awareness
