About Dr Preeti

I am Dr. Preeti, certified yoga and meditation trainer, cleansing techniques, yog nidra, cycling meditation, trataka, mantra chanting, Bhagavad Gita path, om meditation, guided meditation. You will be in love with the techniques once you know the power of them. You will feel connected with the nature as well as with yourself.

About the lesson

Do yoga at the comfort of your home, weekly three sessions as per your time. Teaching methods will be as per your requirement. Props will be used to make this easy for you. Demo class will be charged100/-rupees.
